Next 3 Major Horror Remakes: 'Pet Sematary,' 'Hellboy,' 'Grudge'

Opening in only two theaters in New York and Los Angeles, the new version of Suspiria (above) earned $179,000, which gives it the highest per-theater average of the year. Obviously, Luca Guadagnino's reimagining of Dario Argento's classic thriller has intrigued moviegoers beyond the core horror audience. Indeed, it should be fascinating to see if that continues when Suspiria opens across the country on Friday, November 2.
